Shipping policy

• Since all products in our shop are hand-drawn and hand-written, they generally require 1-3 days of preparation time before shipping.
• Product Delivery normally within 4 days after placing the order, for special customized orders, the actual customer service coordination shall prevail

• The average duration of the whole key route (reference duration) is  7-15 working days.

IMPORTANT:

• We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment) and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 
• International deliveries may be subject to local taxes and/or duty which should pay by the buyer.
